Nadine turned 30, and instead of a party, she hosted an eight-course dinner for family and friends — cooked entirely by herself (with help from her partner and a kitchen full of friends).

She wanted something special to go with it: a custom invite, menu and wine card that felt as creative, personal and slightly chaotic as she is. So she asked me.

My role

From idea to final print, I designed the full visual experience.
Illustration, concept, layout, menu design — everything in one playful, hand-drawn style that matched the energy of the evening.

The brief:
“Make it fun. Make it different. Make it very… me.”
So I did.

The result: a full suite of custom pieces: invites, menu cards, wine lists and illustrated prints — all built around a tongue-in-cheek “Nadine Sardine” theme.
